We help capable independent research sites get seen by the sponsors and CROs who choose sites.
What we do
Many capable independent sites never make a sponsor's or CRO's shortlist, because the people choosing sites can't see what they have done. Shortlisted™ helps you show it, and puts you in front of study teams looking for sites like yours. We start with a free Sponsor-Ready Audit and, for sites that are a good fit, continue with a 6-month site pilot.
Who runs Shortlisted™
Shortlisted™ is a service of Amavita Holding LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in North Miami Beach, Florida, and is part of The Amavita Group. Each company keeps its own brand and contracts separately.
Shortlisted™ charges no fee on any study that bioaccess®, an affiliated company in The Amavita Group, works on. bioaccess® is a contract research organization (CRO). Shortlisted works for the site, and the fee arrangement can be disclosed to any sponsor or CRO.
How we work
- We work for the site. We draft everything, and you approve it before it is used.
- The work is done by hand. That is why we take a small number of pilot sites at a time.
- No competing sites on the same study. We won't put two competing sites in the same area forward for the same study.
- Accuracy over hype. Feasibility coaching is about presenting your real capacity clearly and accurately.
- Confidentiality first. We work within any confidentiality agreement you have with a sponsor or CRO, and we only review study materials when that agreement allows it.
- Transparent fees. No setup fee and no monthly retainer. Fees are fixed in advance and never tied to patients, enrollment, randomization or study budgets. Shortlisted™ never takes money from sponsors or CROs. Only the site pays us. You can disclose the arrangement to any sponsor or CRO.
- No patient information. We only need details about your site and your team.
What we don't do
- We don't offer patient recruitment or advertising services.
- We don't promise that a sponsor will select or activate your site, or that a study will enroll. Those decisions belong to the sponsor and to you.
