# Shortlisted™ > Shortlisted™ helps independent clinical research sites in the United States (US sites only for now) win industry-sponsored studies. It shows sponsors and CROs what a site has done and introduces the site to study teams looking for sites like it. Pay on success: no setup fee and no monthly retainer. Shortlisted™ is a service of Amavita Holding LLC, a Florida limited liability company at 100 NW 170th Street, Suite 305, North Miami Beach, FL 33169 (contact: jmclark@bioaccessla.com), and is part of The Amavita Group (https://amavitagroup.com/). Each company keeps its own brand and contracts separately. Key facts: - Free step: the Free Sponsor-Ready Audit (about 4 to 6 hours of our work, no cost, no obligation). - Paid step: the 6-Month Site Pilot, which runs 6 months or until the site has had 3 qualified feasibilities, whichever comes first. - Fees: no setup fee, no monthly retainer. A fixed fee applies only when a qualified feasibility arrives. Shortlisted™ never takes money from sponsors or CROs. Only the site pays us. Fees are never tied to patients, enrollment, randomization or study budgets. Exact amounts are in the pilot sheet, not on the website. - Qualified feasibility = CDA signed with the sponsor or CRO + study passes the site's approved fit checklist + the site submitted its feasibility response. - Shortlisted works for the site; the arrangement can be disclosed to any sponsor or CRO. Shortlisted™ charges no fee on any study that bioaccess®, an affiliated company in The Amavita Group, works on. bioaccess® is a contract research organization (CRO). - Not offered: patient recruitment or advertising. No guarantee of site selection, activation or enrollment. - Trial Radar: ClinicalTrials.gov shows a study once it is public, and by then the sites have often already been chosen. Trial Radar watches earlier signals (studies moving to recruiting, growing site lists, pushed-out completion dates, funding rounds and SEC filings, positive Phase 2 results, newly formed companies, sponsors' hiring and LinkedIn activity) and matches each against the site's real capabilities. Shortlisted™ is built differently from site-matching databases. - No patient information is collected. - Always written "Shortlisted™" (trademark, not registered). ## Pages - [Home](https://shortlistedsites.com/): overview, free audit, pilot, fees, who it's for, request form - [How it works](https://shortlistedsites.com/how-it-works): the four steps and what counts as a qualified feasibility - [Trial Radar](https://shortlistedsites.com/radar): the early signals we watch and how each is matched to a site's real capabilities - [About](https://shortlistedsites.com/about): who runs Shortlisted™ and how we work - [FAQ](https://shortlistedsites.com/faq): direct answers on fees, fit, the audit and the pilot - [Contact](https://shortlistedsites.com/contact): how to reach us - [Blog](https://shortlistedsites.com/blog): practical notes for independent research sites - [Judging a study-search vendor: count enrollable studies, not feasibility questionnaires](https://shortlistedsites.com/blog/enrollable-studies-not-questionnaires): For independent research sites: why the right measure of any study-finding service is studies you can really enroll, not feasibility questionnaires completed. - [Cost the baseline before enrollment: the annual study-management fee standalone sites quietly absorb](https://shortlistedsites.com/blog/annual-study-management-baseline): For independent research sites: separate the yearly cost of keeping a study open from study-specific costs, and build both into your rate card and budgets. - [Why sponsors don't answer your site's interest emails](https://shortlistedsites.com/blog/why-sponsors-dont-answer-site-interest-emails): For independent research sites: what replies like 'selection complete' or 'use our portal' really mean, why most emails get no answer, and when to write anyway. - [Is this study budget worth it?
